Beacon Tow & Go started with a single second-hand flatbed, a borrowed yard off Harbor Line Road and a simple rule from founder Dale Beacon: answer on the second ring, quote before you roll.
Twenty years on, the fleet is nine trucks strong — flatbeds, a moto unit, an enclosed prestige trailer and four rapid roadside vans — but the rule never changed. A live dispatcher still answers around the clock, and the price you hear on the phone is the price on the invoice.
